Cancel IRN - E-Invoice

Offline Export: You can cancel the voucher in the offline mode by uploading the JSON file on IRP.

1. Press Alt+Z (Exchange) > Send for e-Invoicing.

2. Select the required transactions and press X (Offline Export) to export the details.If you press X without selecting any transaction, then all the transactions will be exported.

The following confirmation screen will appear, with the number of transactions lined up for IRN generation and cancellation.

3. Press Enter to continue.

4. Press C, if you want to change any details, such as the Folder path where JSON files will be exported.\

5. Press E to export. A JSON file will be created for the voucher to be cancelled
